Return, Refund & Warranty Policies, Term & Condition
This policy will guide on the return, refund and exchange of product(s) sold through Raystronics website. Return and Refund Policy include regulations to manage the process of consumers returning or defective products they've previously purchased. The Raystronics Return and Refund Policy allows you to return or exchange products purchased on Raystronics,
Return & Replacement
1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery.
2 If the product received is damaged, or defective, the product will be replaced by new product. But in case of physical damage, customer must show evidence that the product is out of box broken. So we request to take video during unboxing.
3. Return request must be raised within in 7 days for all the items from the date of delivery.
4. Change of mind is not applicable.
5. All necessary products for a smooth returns process must be intact with the product delivered, including the invoice, warranty cards, original packaging, serial number, price tags, and freebies.
6. We do not accept exchanges with different product. If you would like to receive a different product, you will have to return the original product first, in accordance with the return policy and then place the order for the product you need.
7. Please contact us if you need to check the status of your return.
Refunds
Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
1. If the payment was by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your bank. The bank charge will have to deduct in case have to refund for other reasons than supplier mistake.
2 Typically, refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card and net banking orders.
3. If the refund is initiated due to wrong/defective/damaged/quality issue then the shipping charge will be refunded
4. If there is no replacement unit available the user can request a refund.
Warranty Policy
This Warranty does not apply to defects or damages to Products caused by human error-related factors or any other non-ordinary factors, including but not limited to:
1. Malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure such as natural calamity or any inappropriate use by any person.
2. Product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians.
3. Serial Number or warranty label had been defaced, damaged or missing.
4. Product serial number does not conform to company’s records, or is difficult to ascertain.
5. Hardware or software incompatibility issues.
